Project Management
DF&I’s services include assignment of a dedicated project manager to each project. Disciplined and systematic project management, from contract award through closeout, is required for a project’s success.
DF&I’s project managers have displayed time after time that they are up to the challenge of realizing the project’s goals and objectives while respecting the limitations of budget, scope, schedule, and quality. DF&I’s project managers excel in such areas as:
